According to a report from Yahoo Sports, Roberto Luongo will get the nod tomorrow night against the Germans.
While losing to the Americans hurts, having Luongo take over and get a good warm up game against the Germans isn't the worst thing that could happen.

ReplyDeleteI personally thought Luongo should've started against the yanks too, Brodeur was weak against the swiss, but better late than never. I'm surprised about taking nash of crosby's line as well.
ReplyDeleteIf nash's moving, it should be to play with heater and getzlaf, or he should've put the despised heatley with crosby.
It's easy to second guess though at this point. I still think we have a good shot at this thing. And besides, if anyone could've written a storybook ending for this tournament, this would be it.
